Exhibitions

Companies & Research groups can rent a stand to exhibit their research during the conference.

Rent fee:

• 450€ for 1 day
• 1200€ for 3 days

The proposed stand includes:

• Approximately 8m² of dedicted area
• A plastic table and chairs for 3 people
• Access to a power supply
• A grid to display a poster
• Free wifi access
• A signboard for your company (on request)
• A security officer (provided by the campus for the whole exhibition area)
